Brian Medeiros possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently a server at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group's Bistro Niko since August 2014, Brian has demonstrated consistent service excellence throughout various esteemed establishments, including The Olde Pink House in Savannah, Twin City Chop House, and the five-star Maxfield’s Restaurant at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco. As a former partner and general manager at PJ’s Oysterbed and Tavolino Cicchetti Ristorante, Brian managed comprehensive restaurant operations, staff training, and event planning. A graduate of the University of California Santa Cruz with a BA in Environmental Studies, Brian also holds degrees from Cabrillo College and Southeastern Massachusetts University, reinforcing a solid academic foundation alongside professional expertise.
