Brad Brown

Brad joined Buckingham in 2018 and brings more than 25 years of construction, property management, lease-up, and asset management experience. Most recently, he managed new housing development for BET Investments, with a focus on student housing assets within university walking distance. In that role, he oversaw site selection, market assessments, and proforma development. Prior to joining BET Investments, he served as President of Edwards Student Housing in Columbus Ohio, where he led efforts to develop and manage 21 student housing properties in 11 states. He also held senior management positions for Equity Residential Trust for 14 years, where he served several roles in marketing, operations management, finance, and asset management in support of multifamily residential projects. The Equity Residential Trust portfolio consisted of approximately 30,000 units in 350 locations, primarily in 12 states of the Eastern U.S. Brad graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing.
