Hoosier at heart, Chad Haneline hails from Ball State University and is a vital asset to their company by overseeing the commercial management team and their 427,000 square feet of retail space in over 15 locations.

While having a hand in operations, Chad also oversees commercial lease negotiations, ensuring that each property's occupancy meets or exceeds market performance. His entrepreneurial spirit drew him to Buckingham due to the company's active pursuit in rehabilitation and renovation projects along with the goal to serve tenants with better resources.

Chad's background focuses on multi-family, but he was interested in commercial property management through the path he carved out at Ball State by majoring in residential property management and minoring in business administration.

He and his wife, Amy, are new parents, so when they aren't sneaking in a nap when possible, you can find them supporting small and local businesses or playing a round of golf at their local course.
