Kennadi Hughes

When Kennadi isn’t running around with her two little ones, you can find her running around Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana at the multiple properties she is overseeing. As the Regional Manager, Kennadi has been with Buckingham for over six years and is responsible for the overall operations, financial results, and customer satisfaction for four communities. Kennadi chose Buckingham due to their employee focused mindset, including the 'stay' interviews that human resources perform that allows Buckingham to be open to employee feedback, making the day to day lives of their team members more efficient and effective. One of Kennadi’s main focuses is the performance of her team members including quarterly and yearly key performance indicators, team member growth and development, and the customer service experience at each community.
