NM Rao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and innovation within the chemical and water treatment sectors. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Buckman since October 2018, NM Rao leads a comprehensive digital transformation initiative and has developed innovative programs to enhance sales processes and supply chain logistics. Previously, NM Rao held roles at Ecolab, including VP of Digital Innovation and Transformation, where NM Rao focused on the transition from wired to wireless solutions, and Vice President of R&D and Digital Transformation, overseeing significant business segments. NM Rao's career began at Nalco Company, where NM Rao was Division Vice President responsible for global innovation strategies and held various leadership positions in R&D and marketing. NM Rao earned a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
