Arnie Adkison

Arnie Adkison has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. Arnie currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer at Buckner International, where they lead the development team and implements fundraising strategies. Arnie also handles external engagement with government agencies and creates non-philanthropic revenue streams.

In addition, Arnie is a Board Member at Christian Community Action - Lewisville and Chin Community Ministry. Arnie is also the Chief Relationist at AA Collaborative Solutions, LLC, where they focus on building relationships.

Previously, Arnie held the position of Executive Director of Global Resources and Chief Advancement Officer at The Evangelical Alliance Mission | TEAM. At World Vision, they were the National Director of Field Operations for Youth & Community Engagement and the Regional Director for the Eastern US.

Arnie's earlier roles include Chief Relationships Officer at Buckner Children and Family Services, Vice President at Baptist University of the Américas, and Assistant State Director at Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Arnie Adkison has a diverse education history. Arnie completed their BA in Biblical & Theological Studies from Baptist University of the Americas from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1989, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Baptist University of the Américas and the University of Texas at El Paso. During the same time period, they also began studying accounting at The University of Texas at El Paso, although they did not complete the degree.
