Debora Pizzolo has a diverse work experience history. Debora started their career as a Staff/Faculty Assistant at Baptist University of the Américas in 2012, where they coordinated meetings and assisted with student data management. In 2012, they also worked as a Sales Representative at Royal Prestige, managing client portfolios and providing customer service.

In 2013, Debora joined Dallas Baptist University, initially as an International Student Services Coordinator, where they planned events and supervised student organizations. Debora then took on roles such as Assistant Director of Spiritual Life, Director of Student Services, and Adjunct Faculty. In these positions, they audited student records, organized student events, and taught courses.

Since 2018, Debora has been working at Buckner International. Debora began as a Community Coordinator, serving as a liaison and resource specialist for clients, while also cultivating strategic partnerships. Debora then became the Manager of Program Administration, Domestic Operations, where they managed domestic projects and ensured consistency across programs. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Financial and Operational Control, overseeing financial and operational aspects of the organization.

During the same period, they also earned a Master of Arts degree in Global Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, focusing on Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology.
