Jennifer Mann

Jennifer Mann has a strong background in human resources, with experience in leadership roles at various organizations. Jennifer began their career as the Vice President of Human Resources at HighPoint Global in 2013 and then moved on to become the Director of Talent Acquisition - Americas at Korn Ferry in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Damar Services, Inc. Jennifer then founded and served as the CEO of ClarityPoint LLC from 2018 to 2020. Jennifer then joined Bassett Healthcare Network as the Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held until 2023. Currently, Jennifer is working as the VP and Chief HR Officer at Buckner International.

Jennifer Mann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Additionally, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in June 2022. Jennifer also holds a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching, although the specific dates of their certification are unknown.
