Alanna Hammond, Assoc. CIPD

Alanna Hammond, Assoc. CIPD, has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Alanna began their career as a Recruitment Advisor at GE Infrastructure from March 2007 to December 2009. Alanna then worked as an HR Recruitment Consultant at Ageas Insurance Limited from December 2009 to January 2011. Alanna then joined Cornwall Council as a Resourcing Advisor from January 2011 to December 2011. Following that, they served as a Recruitment Team Manager at Specsavers Recruitment Services Ltd from December 2011 to February 2013. Alanna joined Ocean Housing in May 2013 and worked as an HR Generalist until January 2016. This was followed by a career break between January 2016 and November 2016. Returning to Ocean Housing, Alanna worked as an Asset Management Administrator from December 2016 to May 2017. Alanna then joined West Pharmaceutical Services, where they held multiple roles, including HR Specialist from June 2017 to June 2018, HR Manager (Interim) from July 2018 to December 2018, and finally HR Manager from January 2019 to July 2020. Most recently, Alanna worked as the Head of People & Culture at RouteNote from August 2020 until April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR at Bud Systems starting in April 2023.

Alanna Hammond, Assoc. CIPD, obtained their Diploma of Education with a focus on CIPD Level 5 from DPG in the years 2021-2022. Prior to that, they completed their CIPD Level 3 education in HR at Gloucestershire College from 2007-2008. Alanna's earlier education can be traced back to their attendance at The High School for Girls Gloucester, where they studied from 1994-2001.
