Margot Elworthy

Margot Elworthy is an experienced professional in people and culture management, currently serving as Manager (Projects) at Buddle Findlay since February 2020, where previous roles included Manager and Senior Adviser in the same domain. Additionally, Margot manages Margot's of Martinborough, a bespoke accommodation business, since August 2019. Prior experience includes HR Advisor at Buddle Findlay, Consultant in the public sector at Hudson, and a Training Coordinator at Victoria University of Wellington. Margot also has a background in IT training and legal support from Russell McVeagh.
