Hailey Schulteis

Hailey Schulteis has extensive experience in product development and quality assurance within the food industry. Currently employed at Buddy's Kitchen, Inc. since November 2019, Hailey has held multiple roles including Product Developer, R&D Documentation Specialist, and Quality Assurance Technician. Prior experience includes work as a Product Development Technician at Hy-Vee, Inc., where Hailey contributed to the launch of the "Healthy Home Meal Replacement" product line and enhanced product shelf-life stability through formula development. Earlier roles include R&D Technician at General Mills, focusing on new product line extensions and cost analyses, and a Research Assistant at Iowa State University, where Hailey conducted research on the effects of resistant starches in cookies. Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Iowa State University in 2017.
