Stefan Hesse

Stefan Hesse has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2012. Stefan began their career as a Web Developer at TU Dortmund University from February 2012 to September 2014.

Following that, they founded Share-tube.eu in April 2007, where they developed the entire code for a website that allowed users to download and convert YouTube videos. Stefan managed a multi-server cluster using Python until January 2015.

In 2015, Stefan co-founded Ompari, a startup in the business travel segment. Stefan participated in the EZW Visionest accelerator program and served as a co-founder until February 2016.

From October 2014 to November 2016, they worked as a Web Developer at TriMeXa GmbH.

From December 2016 to February 2019, Stefan worked as a Working Student at logarithmo GmbH & Co. KG. Stefan then transitioned to the role of Software Engineer, where they realized projects for DAX30 clients within the enterprise intelligence domain. Stefan managed critical parts of the backend infrastructure, including a MongoDB replica cluster and the continuous integration process, until December 2019.

Stefan's most recent role is at What's In My Jar, where they co-founded the company in January 2020. Stefan held this position until June 2023.

Starting from June 2023, Stefan will join Buddywise as a Back End Developer, although no specific end date is provided.
