Robin Odlum has over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry. Robin started their career in 2004 as a QA Tester at Activision and quickly progressed to roles such as Production Tester and Floor Lead. In 2006, they became a Project Lead at Activision, where they worked until 2010.
In 2011, Robin returned to Activision as a Senior Project Lead, overseeing multiple concurrent testing projects and providing guidance to project leads. Robin also managed project budgets and wrote weekly status reports. After four years in this role, they were promoted to QA Manager, responsible for creating and maintaining departmental and project budgets, supervising senior project leads, and reporting to directors on departmental concerns.
In 2017, Robin joined Keywords Studios as a Project Manager, before moving to Budge Studios in 2018. At Budge Studios, they initially served as a QA Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of QA & CS in September 2019. Throughout their career, Robin has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of quality assurance in the gaming industry.
Robin Odlum began their education at Skidmore College in 1999, studying music. They later transferred and attended the University of Southern California from 2001 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Industry.
