Jose Mendoza Macanaz

Jose David Mendoza Macanaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the creative and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer at Buentipo Anchor since April 2018, Jose has previously held prominent roles at BBDO Worldwide, where responsibilities included General Manager and various leadership positions impacting major brands such as Procolombia and Avianca. Jose's career also includes significant contributions at sancho bbdo, DDB Colombia, and Larsson-Duprez, focusing on creative direction and brand development. Academically, Jose is pursuing studies at Stanford University and holds a BA in Visual Arts from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, along with a Master in Design and Art Direction from Elisava School of Design and Engineering.
