Gary Huang has been working in the IT industry since 2006. Gary began their career as a Field Service Engineer for Automated Systems (H.K.) Limited, providing high end troubleshooting, networking and software support, customer assistance and training for approximately 600 workstations. Gary then moved on to ESPN STAR Sports as a Media Executive, managing budgets and projects for advertising clients and sponsors, as well as investigating and forecasting channel program and commercial TV broadcast ratings. In 2010, they joined QNAP Systems, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer, providing NAS technical support and solutions to escalated operational issues, as well as NAS performance analysis and troubleshooting. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Qsan Technology, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer and Senior Technical Support Engineer, determining storage requirements and developing QSAN Storage array solutions for customers. Gary then moved to Harte Hanks as a Microsoft O365 BPOS-D/ITAR Services Support, providing Level 2 support for Microsoft's Global Business Productivity Online Services for Dedicated and Federal/ITAR clients. Currently, they are a Technical Support Engineer at Buffalo Americas since 2017.
