Amanda Buffalo, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amanda started their career at Apple in 2004 as an iApps Support/Trainer/Coach, where they worked until 2007. In this role, they provided support and training for various Apple applications.
In 2007, Amanda joined Dell as a Retail Returns Account Manager, where they collaborated with store managers and account managers from major retail stores to facilitate returns to Dell. Amanda also played a key role in preventing fraudulent returns.
From 2008 to 2011, Amanda worked at Digital Motorworks as a Technical Data Analyst. Amanda'sresponsibilities included analyzing parts and inventory data for automotive dealerships at a corporate level and providing support for proprietary software.
In 2011, Amanda joined Alchemy Systems as a Customer Support/SCORM Project Manager. Amanda provided technical support to clients via phone and email, resolved issues remotely, and trained clients in creating SCORM courses for the Learning Management System (LMS).
Amanda then moved to Apple in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Advisor/Quality Coach until 2013. In this role, they consistently performed well and provided live feedback to phone advisors to improve their performance.
Currently, Amanda is working at Buffalo Americas since 2013 in a role focused on support and logistics. Amanda'sresponsibilities include identifying improvement and profitability options, creating a White Glove process with freight brokers, and traveling nationally to assess inventory control and collaborate with account managers.
Amanda Buffalo, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management, which they obtained from the University of Phoenix during the period of 2013 to 2016. Amanda had previously completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university, studying from 2009 to 2013.
