Aj Highsmith

Aj Highsmith is a seasoned football scout with extensive experience in player evaluation and development. Currently serving as a College Scout for the Buffalo Bills since May 2019, Highsmith previously held roles as a Pro Personnel Scout and Scouting Assistant for the San Francisco 49ers from August 2014 to May 2019. Highsmith's early career includes a position as a Summer Assistant Coach at Booker T. Washington High School, where responsibilities included teaching fundamentals for defensive backs and quarterbacks, as well as managing summer study hall sessions for the football team. Additionally, Highsmith has experience as a mentor for at-risk teens through Empowered Youth. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the same institution.
