Charlotte Teeter Masters

Charlotte Teeter Masters, MBA, is currently the Director of Player Development and Assistant Coach for Texas Tech Athletics since January 2024. Prior to this role, Charlotte served as a Marketing Coordinator at Strategic Benefits Advisors, Inc. from April 2023 to January 2024. From July 2018 to November 2022, Charlotte was a Division 1 College Athlete for the Texas Tech Women's Soccer Team, where experience as a 5-year starter and captain fostered strong skills in teamwork, communication, and leadership. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the same institution.
