Morgan Mathews

Morgan Mathews, MBA has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Morgan most recently worked at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC as the Director of Sales, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales at Hamister Group, LLC from 2022 to 2023.

Before transitioning into sales roles, Morgan gained experience in the hospitality industry. They held multiple positions at Hyatt Place, including Group Sales Coordinator from 2021 to 2022, Executive Housekeeper from 2019 to 2021, Housekeeping Supervisor in 2019, and Gallery Host/Front Desk from 2018 to 2019.

Morgan also worked at Niagara University in various capacities, including Graduate Assistant of Campus Programming from 2019 to 2021 and Summer Orientation Staff Coordinator from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they held roles at Niagara University as an Airbnb Concierge, Orientation Leader, and Student Concierge Intern from 2017 to 2018.

Prior to their time at Niagara University, Morgan worked as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works from 2017 to 2020 and as a Shift Leader at White Rabbit Frozen Yogurt from 2016 to 2017. They also served as a Representative on the Niagara University Board of Trustee's Student Affairs Committee for a short period in 2016.

Morgan Mathews obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a concentration in Luxury Hospitality Operations from Niagara University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Subsequently, Morgan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing, also at Niagara University, from 2019 to 2021.
