Donna West

Donna West, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Donna started their career at Mohegan Sun in 1996, where they served as the Director of Compensation and Benefits for almost 8 years. In 2004, they joined Buffalo Rock Company as a Human Resource Coordinator and later became the Corporate Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Executive Director – Employee Experience & Team Building at Buffalo Rock Company.

Donna West, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University. Donna also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in November 2015.
