Ruslan Pechonkin

Ruslan Pechonkin is a skilled hockey scout currently serving with the Buffalo Sabres since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ruslan was a Hockey Scout for ISS Hockey from September 2019 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Development Manager at the Ice Hockey Federation of Russia from August 2016 to July 2018, where Ruslan focused on modern approaches to athlete development and setting new standards. Ruslan holds a degree in Sport and Leisure Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Estonian Business School, earned in 2006.
