Marlene Ramos

Marlene Ramos has extensive experience in client care and management, currently serving as the Client Care Operations Manager at Buffini & Company since October 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the Chat/Email and Retention Team in the Client Care Department. Prior to this role, Marlene held the position of Client Care Captain at Advanced Diabetes Supply from October 2014 to October 2015 and worked as a Billing Specialist at El Pollo Loco, Inc. from September 2007 to October 2015, where Marlene also served as a Team Lead Manager. Marlene's educational background includes a program completed at UEI College in 2011.
