Gordana Ivković has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2009, they began their career as a PC Technician, where they set up hardware, installed software, and provided troubleshooting and maintenance support until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Gordana worked at Mozzart Bet as a Data Entry Operator and Business Unit Manager, responsible for implementing company policies, training staff, and coordinating with other managers. As a Web Designer at Freelancer.com from 2013 to 2014, they focused on creating and designing websites. In 2019, Gordana worked as a Customs Broker at DDC MLS, handling customs documentation and ensuring compliance with import regulations. Currently, they are a Security Researcher and Bug Bounty Hunter at Bugcrowd since 2020.

Gordana Ivković has a diverse education history in the field of IT and cybersecurity. Gordana completed a Google IT Support Professional program and obtained certifications such as Google IT Support Professional, System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services, Operating Systems and You Becoming a Power User, and The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking. Gordana also earned additional certifications from various institutions, including Cisco Networking Academy (Cisco Certified Network Associate Security), SkillFront (ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate), TryHackMe (CompTIA PenTest+), Google, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, ICTTF - International Cyber Threat Task Force, Fortinet, Udemy, IBM, and Cisco. Additionally, Gordana holds a High School Diploma in General program - secondary school from Gymnasium and studied French Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology. Gordana recently pursued CCNA Security at the Cisco Networking Academy and is currently enrolled at EC-Council.
