Jinall Mehta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked at Justdial as a User Experience Associate, where they resolved customer complaints and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2016, they joined Probe Information Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Success Executive, handling customer onboarding and account management for banks in India. In 2017, they worked at CureSkin as a Customer Success Specialist, building relationships with clients and generating sales. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at UENI Ltd as a Content Analyst & Quality Control, developing e-commerce websites and optimizing SEO. In the same period, they also worked at Fortune Trade as a Customer Success Manager, explaining the advertising cycle, coordinating with teams, and maintaining client relationships. In 2022, they joined SyndicationPro as a Sr. Customer Success Specialist, providing customer assistance, improving customer experience, and addressing complaints. Later in 2022, they moved to Encora Inc. as a Customer Success Manager. And currently, they are working at Bugcrowd as a Customer Success Specialist.
Jinall Mehta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the West of Scotland, which was completed from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Jinall obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from L S Raheja College of Arts and Commerce, where the education took place from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, Jinall also pursued Early Childhood Care Education at The Treehouse. Before entering higher education, Jinall completed the State Secondary Examination (S.S.C)- Maharashtra at Dhanamal High School, covering the period from 1996 to 2009. In addition to the formal education, Jinall Mehta obtained a Customer Success Manager certification from Pulse Academy by Gainsight in June 2023.
