Fabrizio Gagliardelli

Fabrizio Gagliardelli is a seasoned consultant in patents and design with extensive experience in the field of intellectual property protection. Currently serving as a European and Italian patent and design consultant at BUGNION SpA since November 2013, Fabrizio specializes in client relations, patent application preparation, prosecution, freedom-to-operate opinions, representation in opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office, and technical consulting in patent litigation. Prior experience includes roles at BRUNACCI & PARTNERS S.r.l. and Invention Srl, where responsibilities encompassed patent application drafting, validity and infringement opinions, and prior art searches. Fabrizio holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and a scientific diploma from the Liceo Scientifico Wiligelmo di Modena.
