Currently serving as the Head of Group Sales Development at Bühler Group since March 2008, Paolo has held multiple strategic roles, including Head of Corporate Sales Academy and Global Sales Director for the Business Unit Feed. Paolo's responsibilities encompass the reorganization of sales processes and training across a global network of sales and service stations, emphasizing cross-cultural collaboration and soft skills enhancement. Prior to joining Bühler, Paolo held leadership positions in sales and marketing at SEA - Società Europea Autocaravan and gained experience as an advisor in the insurance and food sectors.
