Sreekanth

Sreekanth B.S currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Management at Bühler Group since April 2018, having previously held the position of HR Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager-HR at Tata Motors from October 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities focused on Business Partner-HR and Industrial Relations. Sreekanth's career began at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd., where talent acquisition and university relations were managed from September 2011 to September 2014, followed by a role as Sr. Campus Recruiter at Wipro Technologies from October 2009 to September 2011. Sreekanth holds an Executive Development degree in Talent Management and Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur, completed in June 2022, and an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Mysore, obtained in 2009.
