Kelly Rose

Kelly Rose has over two decades of experience in communications and marketing, holding various titles including Senior Communications Manager at Build Nova Scotia, Develop Nova Scotia, and Marketing and Communications Manager at Waterfront Development Corporation. Prior to these roles, Kelly also held positions such as Communications Officer and Recruitment Officer at Cape Breton University. Kelly holds a BPR in Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cape Breton University.
