Devina Gera

Devina Gera is a quantitative trader at Minutemen Alternative Investment Fund since February 2024, focusing on advanced statistical trading models and machine learning techniques for market trading. Currently, Devina is a student scholar in the Integrated Concentration in STEM (iCons) program at UMass, aimed at fostering innovators in STEM and business. As a software developer for BUILD UMass, Devina contributes to developing technical products for local organizations. Previous experiences include internships at Mass General Brigham in data platforms and cloud operations, UMass Amherst in enterprise systems development, and product development at Sopra Steria. Additionally, Devina served as an undergraduate course assistant and teaching assistant at UMass Amherst, enhancing course delivery in computer science and mathematics. Earlier, roles as a student leader and admissions representative at The International School of Kuala Lumpur built strong communication and leadership skills. Devina is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, having previously earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma at Pathways School Gurgaon.
