Gautam Lohar

Gautam Lohar has over 10 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Gautam started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at SMN Infocom Pvt. Ltd. in 2006, where they were responsible for analyzing business requirements, assigning team work, and coordinating with clients. In 2014, they joined BARTRONICS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED as a Team Lead, where they developed and implemented training programs for the Human Resources staff and maintained the eLeave system for a large number of employees. In 2016, they worked as a Team Lead at FCS Software Solutions Ltd, and in 2017, they joined Builder.ai as a Senior Software Engineer. At Builder.ai, they developed core product modules and implemented REST API, as well as conducted daily scrum and weekly sprint planning. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Principal Software Engineer at Builder.ai, where they continued to contribute to product development and optimization.

Gautam Lohar completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Software Engineering at Chandigarh Group Of Colleges from 2003 to 2006.
