Stephane Gonthier

Stephane Gonthier has a wide range of work experience spanning over several decades. Stephane began their career as a developer at Motorola in 1995. Stephane then moved on to Business Objects as a Support Manager from 1999 to 2008. After that, they joined SAP as a Senior Support Manager until 2010, when they transitioned to become the Support Director for the EMEA Region at SumTotal Systems. In 2013, Gonthier joined Acquia as the Head of EMEA Support, and eventually took on the role of Head of International Support in 2019. During their time at Acquia, they managed multiple regions, implemented support teams, and played a significant role in growing the company's customer satisfaction and revenue. Gonthier continued to excel in their support roles, and in 2022, they volunteered as a staff member at Oxfam. Currently, in 2023, they hold the position of Head of Global Support at Builder.io.

Stephane Gonthier pursued their education in the field of Management and Electronics, earning a Master's degree from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1 from 1993 to 1999. During the same time period, they also obtained another Master's degree in Electronic from the Marketing Academy in London.
