Rob Trent

Rob Trent is the current CEO and Principal at Builders Capital. Rob has over 25 years of experience in the home building industry, starting their career in 2003 as the founder and CEO of Dream Builders NW. In 2007, they founded SDC Home Builders, which quickly became one of the top three home builders in Washington State. In 2011, they sold the company to a national home builder and took on the role of Division President. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the division, including land acquisition and development, home design, construction, marketing, finance, and mortgage. Rob left this position in 2013 to start Builders Capital.
