Tim Anderson

Tim Anderson currently serves as the VP of IT Transformation at Builders FirstSource, where efforts focus on driving a 3-Year Technology Transformation Strategy to enhance growth opportunities, including ERP solution deployment and digital disruption leadership. Previous experience includes a VP role at Thrivent, where IT transformation initiatives resulted in significant cost savings and the establishment of a Vendor Management Office. Tim Anderson also held director positions at Kimberly-Clark, leading efforts in IT automation and effectiveness, and has a strong foundation in continuous improvement and project management.
