Joe Frazier

Joseph Frazier is an experienced IT and operations professional with over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of IT Business Services at Builders Mutual Insurance Company since October 2006, Joseph ensures that business applications align with organizational goals. Previously, Joseph was the Director of Operations at AcadiaHCS Inc., overseeing a team that developed eLearning solutions, and held the position of QA Manager at Impressa, where Joseph implemented a comprehensive Quality Assurance program. Earlier career highlights include serving as Release Manager and Product Consultant at DXC Technology, focusing on the release processes and client applications within an enterprise insurance platform. Joseph holds a BA in Philosophy and Mathematics from Pacific Lutheran University and an MA in Philosophy, Logic from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
