Stephen D. Holmes, CPCU, is an experienced claims compliance manager currently overseeing operations at Builders Mutual since September 2019, focusing on compliance, quality assurance, and training for the Claims Department. Prior roles include serving as a Quality Assurance Senior Claims Analyst at Horace Mann, where a Medicare claim handling process was developed, and as a Commercial Claims Specialist at Nationwide, adjusting claims across numerous jurisdictions. Stephen also has a background in church leadership as the Executive Pastor of Double Cure Church and extensive experience in personal lines injury claims at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
