Marvin Livingston

Marvin Livingston (M.ISP) is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the property industry, beginning with property buying and selling in 2000. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at BCIS since June 2022, Marvin previously held the same title at RICS from June 2010 to June 2022, and also worked as an Internal Account Executive during that time. Additionally, Marvin is the Managing Director of Marvin Livingston Property Management since March 2000. Prior experience includes business development at HFC Bank from April 2008 to April 2010 and a directorial role at Godiva Communications from April 2006 to April 2008. Marvin’s foundational education was completed at Nicholas Chamberlaine from 1993 to 1997.
