David Moffat

David Moffat has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 1999. David began their career as a Naval Officer in the US Navy in 1999. In 2020, they joined Building Cyber Security as the Director of Business Development and Business Development Advisor. In 2021, they became a Board Member for The 99 Legacy Fund. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Managing Director of Pasadena Private Equity.

David Moffat attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Art History, Philosophy and Literature, Systems Engineering Track. David then earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Naval Postgraduate School in Finance, General. Most recently, they completed an Advanced Masters Program in Business Administration and Management, General from The Wharton School in 2021.
