London Scott

London Scott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban planning and project management. Currently serving as the Community Initiatives Program Manager and previously as the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager II at Detroit Land Bank Authority, London focuses on housing strategies, community engagement, and economic development. As the Owner, Brand Manager, and Designer of D’topia™, London has fostered a brand aimed at transforming distressed areas of Detroit. Previous roles at IBM, Health Alliance Plan, and various other organizations reflect expertise in managing complex software projects, leading teams, and enhancing project outcomes. London holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology from Bowling Green State University.
