Kristen Pavao

Kristen Pavao has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as a Building Excellent Schools Fellow at Building Excellent Schools, a position held since May 2012. This role involves participating in a comprehensive training program focused on the creation of charter schools aimed at serving underperforming children. Prior to this, Kristen worked as an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Atlantis Charter School from 2008 to 2012. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Educational Mathematics from Lesley University, earned between 2007 and 2009, and a MA Teacher Certification in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, completed in 2005. Kristen also possesses a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Retail Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 1988.
