Adam Hemmer has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Project Engineer at Perini Building Company, where they managed contracts and financial adjustments. Adam then joined Birtcher Development and Investments in 2006 as a Development Manager, overseeing multiple real estate projects and managing project development costs. In 2010, they became Vice President at Building Management Partners, where they developed and implemented business and growth plans. In 2009, they joined Paul Hemmer Companies as Vice President of Real Estate Development. Adam also served as a Board Member for the Cincinnati Chapter of NAIOP. Currently, they are the President of Roebling Development Company, a position they have held since 2020. Overall, Adam Hemmer has demonstrated expertise in project management, financial analysis, and strategic planning in the real estate and construction industry.
Adam Hemmer attended Purdue University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Adam later pursued further education at the University of Southern California, earning an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business with a focus on Finance & Real Estate. Additionally, Hemmer obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
