Dick de Beer

Dick de Beer is an experienced construction advisor and expert with a diverse background in project management, building inspections, and quality control. Currently serving as an EP-W, EP-W/D, EP-U/B, EP-U/D, and maatwerk-adviseur at LabelBeer Oosterwolde since January 2019 and at KPMS Bouwadvies from October 2023, Dick has also held positions as an internal auditor at BuildingLabel since February 2022 and advisor at De Beer Bouwadvies since February 2012. Dick's extensive portfolio includes roles ranging from bouwkundige at KPMS Bouwadvies BV, advisor and bouwkundige at Maandag®, to senior bouwkundig inspecteur at Pheidius, and bouwbegeleider/schade-expert at ARCADIS. Notably, Dick has managed large-scale new construction projects for various types of utility buildings and has significant expertise in maintenance planning and compliance with building regulations. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Building/Construction Site Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and advanced legal studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
