Daniel Bentil

Daniel Bentil is an experienced Construction Project Manager and Solutions Engineer with a strong background in managing a variety of projects, including hotel, education, and multi-family developments. Currently at DeBartolo Development, LLC since November 2009, Daniel excels in overseeing daily construction operations, maintaining project financials, and handling pre-construction processes. Previous roles include Project Manager at BuildingPoint Florida and DeBartolo Development, as well as Systems and Controls Manager at Skanska USA Building. Daniel has demonstrated expertise in cost management, contract negotiations, and project coordination across multiple high-value projects. Daniel holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida, complemented by military training in the US Army.
