Kathy Bustamante

Kathy Bustamante is a dedicated Program Manager at buildOn since May 2016, committed to the organization's mission of using service to transform lives and communities. Previous roles include Student Engagement Specialist, where Kathy focused on recruiting students for service projects, and Service Learning Program Coordinator, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills in managing multiple initiatives. Kathy's experience includes working with high school youth and leading service projects in developing regions. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Lehman College and an Associate of Science from CUNY Hostos Community College, complemented by an altMBA certification in 2022.
