Daniel Souza

Daniel Souza serves as the Group Leader and Project Manager at Jacobs, overseeing more than 20 professionals in environmental planning and sustainability in Northern California since June 2014. Daniel also works as a Co-Founder of BuildOUT California, the first business association dedicated to LGBT-owned architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Planner at both Jacobs and CH2M, as well as an Environmental Planner at Global Environmental Permitting. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from UC San Diego and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Westminster.
