Jon Baker

Jon Baker is an experienced sales professional in the homebuilding industry with a diverse background spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Constellation HomeBuilder Systems since March 2021, Jon focuses on generating new business in the home building vertical and qualifying builders for integrated ERP software solutions. Previous roles include Regional Sales Executive at ECI Software Solutions, where Jon supported SMBs and public companies with technology for sales and construction management; Director of Business Development at Hyphen Solutions, where responsibility included launching supply chain management products; and Independent Sales & Marketing Contractor for Keller Williams Realty, where Jon marketed projects for Beazer Homes. Earlier experience with Pulte Group Inc involved selling over 250 new homes in suburban Philadelphia. Jon holds a B.A. in Communications from Penn State University.
