Michael S. Saddik

Michael S. Saddik has a long and varied work experience in the technology and construction industries. Michael S. began their career in 1996 as a Senior Network Engineer at Western Mulitplex. In 2000, they joined NextWeb as Vice President of Sales and Customer Experience, where they procured $10M in VC investments and achieved the lowest industry customer churn and highest sales retention. In 2006, they became the General Manager and Vice President of Sales at Covad Communications, where they led their teams to accelerate the company to an Inc. 500 Company. In 2007, they joined Concerro as Executive Vice President, where they guided the development lifecycle of an innovative SaaS platform. In 2009, they co-founded Myndsi, a boutique business consultancy. In 2013, they founded Avadencia and sourced business partnerships and led contract negotiations for the development of a cloud-based project forecasting solution software. Finally, in 2015, they became Chief Executive Officer at Built On Vision, leading strategic feature development and resource management for the global construction industry's award-winning, cloud-based, forecasting and project management forensics software.
