Caroline Collyer

Caroline Collyer has been working at Bright since July 2004, holding the title of People Business Partner. Caroline is responsible for aligning people practices with the company's strategy and goals, as well as facilitating the development of employees. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a Head of People, where Caroline played a key role in providing HR input to business decisions and managing recruitment processes. Caroline has a background in HR consultancy and management development, with experience in business planning, project management, and client relations.
