Winni Laxmi Dewi

Winni Laxmi Dewi is a civil engineer currently serving as a Site Civil Engineer at PT Bukit Asam Tbk since October 2023. Previous experience includes numerous leadership and engineering roles at Tower Bersama Group, where notable titles included Vendor Closing Section Head and Asset Civil Senior Engineer, as well as participation in the TBIG Leader Development Program. Winni has also worked as a laboratory assistant and intern at various institutions, including Institut Teknologi Bandung and PT. Geostatika Utama, focusing on infrastructure, soil mechanics, and pavement design. Winni holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in April 2021, and received the Djarum Beasiswa Plus scholarship during the 2018-2019 academic year.
