Velizar Zhulev

Velizar Zhulev possesses a strong background in security and public order, supported by a Master's degree in Strategic Directions and Management of Security and Public Order from the Academy of the Ministry of Interior in Bulgaria, earned in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in National Security Defense from the same institution, completed in 2010. Currently serving as a JHA Counsellor at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Bulgaria to the EU since July 2019, Velizar Zhulev also has experience as an Inspector at the Ministry of Interior.
