Elena Tepsieva

Elena Tepsieva has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a risk manager at Bulgarian National Bank since July 2001, Elena specializes in credit risk investigation and modeling related to the investment infrastructure of financial markets. Previously, Elena held the position of head of division at DSK Bank from October 1999 to June 2001, focusing on the development of the banking product pricing policy to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Elena worked as an expert in open market operations at Bulgarian National Bank from February 1994 to September 1999, where the role involved organizing the primary market of government securities on behalf of the Ministry of Finance. Elena Tepsieva holds a master's degree in economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, obtained from 1983 to 1989.
